At Black Hawk Ridge Metal Works, we take great pride in designing and creating handcrafted metal artwork to your specifications.  Due to the nature of our work, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

** Before placing your order, please review your design to ensure that all personalization choices are correct **

 

However, if your item arrives incorrectly or damaged due to shipping, please follow these steps to ensure we can address the issue promptly:

  • Inspect Upon Delivery: Thoroughly inspect your item upon delivery.

  • Note any issues: If you find any damage or incorrect details, document the details and take a photo of the damage noted

  • Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery of the item by emailing info@blackhawkridgemetalworks.com, including a detailed description of the concern and attach photos

  • Once we receive notification of your concern and supporting documentation, our team will assess the situation and work with you to either fix the issue or replace the item, depending on the nature or extent of the concern.

  • During the resolution process, if an item needs to be returned for any reason, the buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

 

Each of our metal pieces is thoughtfully designed then hand crafted one piece at a time, sandblasted and powder coated to your specification. Changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of ordering.  Once that period has passed, orders move into production and no further changes or cancellations are possible.
