Since all our items are custom, made to order and powder coated, we cannot cancel or refund your order due to the time and resources allocated to fulfill that item. Orders are processed as soon as they come in.

Before placing your order please double check that all personalization choices are correct. All items are handmade, custom to order and go directly into the production process. We cannot make cancellations, returns or refunds once your order has been placed. However, if you need to make changes, please let us know as soon as possible.
